MPA Construction has worked with many property managers to help them with their buildings by providing manpower to complete jobs that need to be taken care of ASAP. We work with building Owners to keep their building running at high efficiency 24/7 by providing tailored services according to the size of their properties. We can also work directly with tenants after the Owner gives us authorization to follow up on the status of the space currently utilized. more
Environmental Control:
MPA Construction provides lead abatement and asbestos removal services in the home and workplace. We utilize contractors that have fully met the certification requirments. Lead Abatement services is a process to permanently control a lead hazard by limiting exposure to harmful levels of lead, and we keep written track of the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials. more
